The Facility Management start-up was conceived by a team of experts from the field with over 41 man-years of collective experience in the entire gamut of Facility Management Services. The operation started on Feb-2021.
Our services cater to Corporates, Institutes, Industrial Houses, Manufacturing Companies and Large Office Complex’s in Delhi/NCR.

Having experience in Hotels, Cinemas, Malls, Commercial Buildings, Corporates. PMS believe in the concept of self delivery model and provide customize services with competitive price.
PMS has been founded by Mr.Dhram Raj and now is being run by Mr.Dhram Raj as Founder & Mr. Madan Mohan Giri as Co-Founder.
MR.Dharam Raj is a strategic leader with Master of Business Administration having more than 20 years of exposure into Facility Management is now heading the Organization as CEO and managing the Business on Pan India .
Mr.Madan Mohan Giri is a focused, professional with Hotel Management and MBA having more than 21 years of exposure into Hospitality Ops, Administration & Facility Management is now heading the Organization as BD & Operation and managing the Business on Pan India.
Mr.Anand Rao is heading Admin & HR is having ground experience of 11 years with BCG, ISS and Schindler of Facility Management.
Mr.Salman is heading as Area Manager Operation & Training having experience of 5 years in Facility Management.

The business is heading by Ms. Rupali Rao, as a Business Head, she has tremendous experience in hospitality and food industry, after completing her graduation from Delhi University she joined hospitality industry and got 10 valuable years wisdom.
Dharam Raj
Mr. Dharan Raj, Head- Business Development & Operations, having vast experience in facilities management from last 17years, he has worked in various fields such as corporates, manufacturing units, real estate, BPO's, banking and hospitality industries. His real passion is to operate & lead his own business, which is now his dream come true with start-up (Preceptor Management Services)
